Mission
Wil-Pump Concrete delivers consistent, exceptional service through hard work, responsibility, and integrity. We respect and fairly compensate our employees, supporting their success at work and home. Committed to community betterment, we strive for excellence so every operator can proudly say, “I built that.”
Why Wil-Pump?
Wil-Pump, founded in 1994, is an independent, family-owned business that collaborates with all companies and job sites. Our experienced operators handle diverse projects, from underwater pumping in the Chicago River to barge work on Lake Michigan. We've built dams, museum exhibits, filled skunk holes, worked on ten-story buildings, laid pipes under roads, and pumped fake concrete for movie sets. If it’s pumpable, we can move it.
In addition to their expertise in job management and equipment operation, our operators are skilled mechanics. While our equipment is well maintained, quick on-site repairs or fast replacement pumps are crucial when unexpected issues arise. Our operators also have extensive knowledge of concrete mix designs and collaborate closely with ready-mix companies to ensure optimal material flow.
While we service all contractors and job sizes, Wil-Pump's goal from the beginning has been to meet the needs of small contractors. We provide outstanding service at a fair price. Our pumps handle multiple pours daily, maintaining a tight schedule and working efficiently. To support small contractors, our three-hour minimum pour remains an exceptional value.
